Central Beds Council have advised us of a six week consultation on two new planning guidance documents which began at 10am on Wednesday 15th June 2022 and will end at 10am on Thursday 28th July 2022:

1. Electric Vehicle Charging: Guidance for New Developments Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
2. Developing in the Forest of Marston Vale: Design Guidance SPD

The two consultation documents can be viewed on the Consultations page of the Council’s website. Copies are available to view at the Council’s Offices and at Central Bedfordshire Libraries.

Comments should be submitted using the Council’s planning consultation portal.
