Meetings and Agendas

Meetings on the Second Wednesday of Each Month

Silsoe Parish Council usually meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm at Silsoe Village Hall.

Meetings are open to members of the public and press and 15 minutes is allocated near the beginning of meetings to allow members of the public to make brief comment on items which are not on the agenda. Comment on agenda items may be made, at the discretion of the Chair, at the appropriate time.

All residents are invited to attend all advertised meetings and there is an opportunity at the start of each meeting, Public Participation, specifically for residents to discuss matters or raise issues/concerns. The meetings are usually in the Village hall and seating is available for residents.

Via Zoom residents are asked to email the Clerk by 12 noon on the day of the meeting to request the meeting code, the Parish Council ask that this code is not shared with other residents to enable us to monitor who attends the meeting, anyone that requests the code will be emailed personally with the code. If any residents are unfamiliar with zoom and would like some assistance then the Clerk is more than happy to help and offer advice.
